Looking at the full experience and journey with the Sodastream product, I identified the users’ goals and related content requirements at each stage in their journey with the product. Particularly as there is an ongoing relationship post-consumption, it was particularly important to see how the user needs changed throughout their life cycle with the product. This was used to help pinpoint where the site may prioritize content and functionality.
