As a founding member of Famventure, an early stage non-profit start-up in the travel space, I created these detailed personas during the initial stages of identifying our brand strategy and product value. The team used these personas to understand motivations and goals of the users to ensure and validate product needs were addressed. We were able to prioritize our content and functionality requirements to create an actionable and phased release plan.
