The user could redeem Starwood Points for event items called "Moments." These items were hosted and fulfilled using a 3rd party and integrated within SPG's mobile site. In building out the SPG app, there was discussion and discovery around if the app would support this type of redemption or if the user would be linked out to the mobile site experience. I produced a site map showing options for where the integration would happen in the user flow. Our team could use this diagram to help a healthy discussion about what would be involved for each option.
