PROJECT: Audience Segmentation Tool Launch

With a brand like Pepsi, customers include…everyone. In order to effectively target and deliver their marketing campaigns and messages, brand and media teams relied on the audience strategy and data science teams to size and understand primary drivers and attributes of a given target.  The Audience Segmentation Tool was developed so that our internal users could assemble and gauge audience sizes and assess behavioral profiles themselves. While the back-end effort and data processing was extremely complex, the tool’s front-end usability needed to be seamless so that teams could interact with the tool and quickly see results.
