The Guest Room Entertainment (television) experience was going through a visual redesign while also making enhancements to some of the existing features. While detailed designs were being recommended, there was no documentation that could give us a sense of what the entire product included at a glance.  It became difficult to understand the impact in making updates and ensuring a consistent experience. I created and owned this site map. The team consistently referred back to the site map as a tool to ensure we looked holistically at the entire guest experience.
