PROJECT: Site Redesign

PURPOSE: Page Concept User Tests

DELIVERABLE: High-Fidelity Page Wireframes and Clickable Prototype

To improve conversion and revenue on Health Warrior’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce site, we used an agile method to design, test, learn, and repeat.  While a full user journey was concepted, from the point of entry through checkout, we decided to focus our development efforts on key pages and specific features to learn from those results before implementing changes throughout the site. I created high fidelity wireframes and an interactive prototype for quicker approvals and development time. As a result, we could perform fast turnaround tests, proving that some tweaks were positive revenue drivers while others had less impact. The biggest benefit being that we established an ongoing test and learn process for this brand.
